Cloud Counseling & Conferencing allows a group of employees on individual computers, scattered all over the world (or throughout a building or town) to hold a discussion and receive support as if seated in a therapy group. They can even receive one-on-one counseling from home! Videoconferencing technologies offer far more than simply adding video to a telephone-like dialog. The webcam can be disabled for anonymity while still enabling group or one-on-one instant messaging and voice chat; perfect for employees who want to quit smoking or work through an issue yet do not want to be identified or feel stigmatized. Cloud Counseling & Conferencing allows us to transmit a live copy of her computer screen so those viewing it can see her moving a cursor and operating a presentation. This workshop is about reducing tension between business and personal life for your employees. We're all unique, and the term "personal life" means something different to everyone: it can include spending time with your friends and family; resting; participating in hobbies; engaging in personal, spiritual or educational development; exercising; or care giving, just to name a few.
